Npc Box Image

I know i have seen this somewhere on this forum but since a lot of the links dont work any more could someone please tell this old guy how to fix these again ?

 

Ive check path and made sure there Data path is there in sql and lod but still get boxes .....Would this be in game client if the npc is not there ??
