Bloodseal/not worke pls Help me

Hi I have the following problem

This is neither the Blood Seal gm or Crystal of Blood and Sweat

 

I just can not get a blood seal on armor and weapons just getting this message (see picture).

 

Ive compared the itemAll.lod in the client and in the DB with each other and with other databases and Cienten where there are no problems with it.

 

Unfortunately, I could find nothing which in my itemAll.lod and t_item else can be that it does not go with me.

If because someone has a solution for me that would be really a great thing.
