Very nice tool, just a noob question,

 

After i am done editing and saving the quest, I export SQL file to update my DB but this is where I get confused. I have no clue how to import the SQL file to replace the existing SQL.

 

I know its set to delete everything from existing t_quest but I have no idea how to import it what so ever.... any help please?
