Problem with pet

hi everyone i have little lol problem with pet i kill mob kill blabla and not get pet eg..ok i not cry i make egg or pet...and no quest o_O?why?...and so...ok im PET i click summon and not happening :-\ what the problem I?plz tell me

--fixed Pet ID 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 and work

but no normal drop -_-
