Anonymous Costume problem

So I have been havingproblem with adding a anonymous mask. Here is my settings.

I did not understand his mistake, but often the item shows buggy in itemall and is perfect for game

As you can see I done everything right but the mask won't show up :X

Did you make the smc.lod?
