2015 compiled server without version check

I have just compiled the source without the version check ( thank you karmel for your guide ) , all other things ( database and the data repertory of the gs )  come from the pwesty repack.

I have tested it with the patch from warface , there aren't the title bug and you can play multiplayer ( no crash when you see another character ).
