Navicate unable to execute sql file

Not sure if this is a readily seen problem but i am unable to execute newproject_data as well as other data base files always same error in Navicate V9.

The error it gives is:

[Err] 1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax.  Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 at line 61

 

Using xampp basic start to connect also Says im connected in Navicat so not sure why cant execute db files.

Fixed by using latest version of Navicat

Solved using recent version of Navicat. Was using outdated version
