so recap ...all you need to change for HS / devil / purify runes 100% no fails change 3 offsets.
 
HS Upgrade NoFails=0 (0-100):Byte:242431
HS Rate 14+(0-100 Lower Better.Best=0):Byte:2472A2
Devil/Purifiy Rune NoFails=0(0- 100):Byte:26364c
 
Ive test it ...Not one issue ...+1, From a Clean un-touched GS.

 

Best to have little or no offsets changed for flawless GS operations, So these 3 are the best option to use. Ill be checking all offsets that have been release, and give a full working updated list......

Well, since this is released now.  Might as well tell you guys how to get runes to 100%.  The MAX is 300, not 127, so get a hex editor and set it to 12 co.

i have pulled these offset , right now i think i could lose a few of them ill working on Purified runes now and will go back to the HS stones to see if if i need to remove any of the offsets i posted ..we dont want any garbage offset being used if it does not need to be ..... so Stay tuned here ..
