How to make system notice work?

 

I tried with two different type of Notice EDITORS

 

changed the information in DATA and saved it on notice.lod

But nothing comes up in the game

 

 

I tried searching it but, didnt find a solution to it.

Hi, Notice Editor by Filix work for me.

 

 

Config start and end: year-month-day hour:minuteecond

Check "Enable" and "minutes Interval".
