not the fastest way but the best way to save ram

Even scripting languages like AutoIt will do the job.

I would suggest Java for such Tools, or C# (Easy UI Handling with the WinForms designer.. but crap code)

If you are planing to fix the Barunson Tools, you would as first need to get your hands on C++, which takes a bit to learn.

C++/.MFC came easier to me than C# ...odd haha Google is your friend but learn the basics instead of jumping to the top. Just learn a little before you jump into "fixing" these tools
