Cooldown Skills + 100% exp cap Problem

Hey Guys,

 

Does somebody know how to make a skill have cooldown even with 100% cooldown set on?
I want to give certain skills always a cooldown like gear skills.

 

Since im not enable to find something to do this.

 

Also i have a problem with the exp cap. People can get 101% exp and even higher somebody a idea how to cap it at 100%?

 

I looked around but can't find something.

About skill cooldown, I think you must put "128" in App State to get it not having the cooldown applied.

That's a feature in ep3 only I think. And you edited an offset wrong.  Make sure you didn't make any errors.

I got like 9 offsets for level cap lol.

In end that a way but if i just say this exp is cap it should stop on that place and not go higher :/

Have you tried with an un-edited gameserver yet?  It probably just is an offset edited wrong.

Applying cool down on class skills Is definitely only a ep3 feature
