Pot Problems!

I recently copied 3 different type of pots and rename them like this:

 

1.[beginner] Hp Steal Potion

2.[beginner] MP Steal Potion

3.[beginner] Super Haste Potion

 

All  work when i clicked them, timer works but pot isnt working 100%. Hp and mp pot isnt showing the red and blue suck effects. And Super Haste pot is giving me speed but is not showing the dust effect when running..

 

 

Any ideas what i did wrong? I made an exact copy of original hp mp and super haste pots.  I changed almost everything but same results

@2  Hp Stealer , Mp Stealer and Super Haste Potion . Originals Work but copies  dont work 100% they have everything.Only effects of hp, mp stealer and super haste pót dont work. Super haste pot gives me only speed....

watch config skill of super  hast potion if is not config with speed and on itemall editor  too make sure is cast skill config magic ID on skill editor and also right ID of skill and level   on item all editor report FeedBack.

I think my client is messed up lol i created an exact copy of hp stealer potion, mp stealer and super haste pot just changed its flag to make it undroppable unsellable untradable cuze its a beginner pot but it dont work 100% pot can be equipped but it dont get hp or mp from mobs when killing mobs. I check every  single detail check db + client its correct but dont work 100%. And Super haste pot also equips i can see more speed when i run but no effect of when i run lol

Using New Clean Client + DB

 

Made [beginner] Items:

 

1.Original HP steal potion  ID: 2357 flag: 8475 Num0: 442 Num1: 1

*Copy: [beginner] Hp steal potion ID: 9859 flag: 8465 (Undroppable,Unsellable,Untradable its beginner item) Num0:442 Num1: 1

 

2.Original Mp steal potion ID: 2356 flag: 8475  Num0: 441 Num1: 1

*Copy: [beginner] Mp steal potion ID: 9860 flag : 8465(Undroppable,Unsellable,Untradable its beginner item) Num0: 441 Num1: 1 

 

Note: Both copy of Hp and Mp Steal potion gets equipped and timer works but when i kill mobs no hp or mp suction and no red and blue effect of suction......

 

3.Original Super Haste Potion ID: 2845 flag: 265 Num0: 504 Num1: 1

*Copy: [beginner] Super Haste Potion ID: 9861 flag: 273 (Undroppable,Unsellable,Untradable its beginner item) Numb0: 504 Num1: 1

 

**Super Haste Potion Copy gives me 11 speed BUT when i run No Running Effects behind me  -.-!!

 

Weirdest problem I gotten checked everything and its fine. Even made copies of skills  skills lvl and linked them to my items but no good results...

 

Any suggestions??

Ive tried almost anything changed flags, made copy of magic id 119 and lvl 7, made exact copies, changed minor details, Yet Pot works ingame it equips and timer starts BUT NO running effects behind me and i also get 11 speed when i look at character tab.....
 
Is it my magic ID? do i need to make NEW Magic ID and lvl ? 
 
 
Please help me i dont know what else to do...

My Question about this topic is has anyone in the LC development community ever made a duplicate of the super haste potion and have it work 100% with the flames that goes behind you like bay bay is wanting his copy to do, my 2nd question about this topic is, is it even possible for the super haste potion to be duplicated to its fullest or is bay bay wasting his time, also i been trying to help bay bay with this and have done everything he as done and still same results!!!!!!
