How can I start the Events

Hello i have a problem,

 

How can I start start the events, I have the EP3 files.
I've tried everything possible to Christmas - to start Halloween and all the other events.

I would appreciate a tutorial in which the commands are written out exactly how I have to enter as a GM.

When I logged myself I start the input / whoami so GM to be the everything works.

But I get the events not to run.

but how do I get the Christmas and Halloween event started work the same way.
how many events can suddenly I start I have to make up what if I want to start the christmas event.
