Unknown Error

I forgot to make new characters but when i did i encounter this error:

 

"Uknown Error" sometimes i could make another character easily but now i keep getting this same error.

 

Any ideas whats causing this ? in t_characters i already have a character with admin rights. t_characters only contains 1 character. Or do i need to repair a table somewhere?

change character index, it's wrong... upload new table t_character, and dont change a_index column)
