He probably just took them from the lc who got the exporter to get them as any other lc admin who got them before the release... I assume people who got them didn't give them away because they wanted to keep them for their server.

its like the textures are shattered ingame. in the mob viewer they look fine.

also tried different Scale and Size, no idea whats wrong
