Yeah i converted this awhile ago ...iam sure you are all tired of converting here is a 100% Ep3 Editor...

 

Thanks goes to who ever created it (HateMe).    I just decompiled it and converted it too English and Ep3...

Excuse my ignorance but exactly for what is this tool? I see seals and sets just to add seals or for what exactly ?
