Patch file is crashed

How do i fix Patch file is crashed error ?

Developer since 2 years xD.

Replace the patchfile with an empty one.

Create the patchfile new and start again the patch process.

I made new update but same problem :x

i aslo tried to delete old one and still :x

Yesterday night it was all alright , i had update but this morning cashed ...

vtm version higher than the server version.
