It says that the connection was successful, but I still get that error.

maybe because  something wrong  with your permission go to database/user/select newproject_data add privileges select  all and done

make update not insert 

maybe velo is only disabled set enable to 1 in database

Velo doesn't show up in the database.  I also get the same error when I try to update.
