Feiled connect HELP :O

Hey when some friends try to join in out server thay get failed to connect to login server, when can i do to fix it

i use the centOS to run it, evryting is running, i can log in on my cumputer, but if i try on my other cumputer i cant login them i got failed to connect to login server, same do friends,
