Effects of improved items

Effects of improved items are not displayed correctly. Or not displayed at all.

I think the problem is on the server side. Because with multiple client restarts, nothing changes.

i mean if we know that the problem may be releated at the effects when are turned on, we may start to debug it from that

This problem is eliminated if the character removes and puts on one piece of equipment again and then the effect will appear and be displayed correctly. Unfortunately, I can't find or track it. The error is observed on the November files.
