this is very amazing work awesome!!  Is it possible you can add a feature that if for example a file is deleted it can check to see what file was delete then download it . (this is probably too advanced and might not even be needed). Or at all possible to install some dependencies automatically (the first time the launcher is opened like vcredist_2010_x86, dxwebsetup.exe) Either way, your work is fantastic.

something like a check file from a list right? It would imply that the complete client was uploaded to the ftp server, I will take it into account when I develop the repair system ^^

yes,  i purchased a launcher from somebody else and their launcher has such systems. but it was coded in c++ i'm not sure of the limitations of lua. And yes a check file from a list and installing the 2 programs i mentioned possible for first time they use the launcher? This coder went as far as to add a crc check against all the files in the launcher, but i think its unnecessary if they can just modify them after the launcher is done running and some people perfer to use a "mult" instead of opening launcher every time they want to enter.

I am working on a new version at the moment it is in an alpha stage, it only has the devscreen window, all very basic and rudimentary, if anyone is interested in using it I would appreciate feedback

Within the defined path "Host IP" you must create a folder called client, within this you must put the files called checklist.txt that you can generate using the "Create Verification File List" function, within that same folder you must put all the files from the game client

Little Edit: This version has the following functions implemented: Pause & Resume for downloads and Game files Verification

EDIT2: The beta version of the application is already online for testing ^^
