Example of Server pushing a msg to Client on EP4

Hello. I'd like to know the correct way (I think is already implemented) for pushing messages to the client connected instead of making a polling with fixed interval.

For example connection idle for disconnecting ppl is doing like this?

Someone has any example of implementation of the code?
