Server Starting Denied

Hi ! 

I would like to know how we fix this please :

As you can see, i put 777 for it but it still does not want to start. All files/folders also got that permission.

Servers are compiled too.

Should i do this for all the server folders ? cuz now only /home/ has the permissions

Could you tell me which lib then ? So i can check if it's installed. And i'm still using the November files from here.
