item change

how can i change/add items to my server?

 

i added items to itemall.lod but they dont appear on the server :/

 

gues i need to chenge/add them in items.dat from the serverfiles....

 

now my problem

 

how can i open the items.dat?

use Q Tools

i changed the itemsall.lod from the client with q tools

 

but the new items arent on the server :/

 

example

 

i changed guild winner ring 1 to GM Ring 1 with atk and def on it

 

when i drop the item ingame its still a guild winner ring

Because just editing the .lod files doesnt make it happen lol. If that was so you could go edit your files for LCUSA and have super gear.

.lod files only change what is DISPLAYED. You still have to edit the server files themselves too to get changes to items/mobs working.
