I found this tool online ragezone, but on this forum, this tool is absence of the user, so this tool is filled here!

In the future i will change it so that u can convert it to .sat and .[CeNsOrEd] right away.

Didnt somebody try to make money off of this program calling it their own? Rezo I think?

 

Also how can you convert sat to bmp and bmp back to sat, ive tried different things and i havent found any way to do it

Probably you need to click Save as -> BMP
