Account creation

I just have set up all for 301 and it all works perfect. But i dont know how to create account, can anybody can help pls?

Start ur browser and enter to localhost/phpmyadmin

Click in the database of your server (will be lcep2), enter to the table t_users and click in insert and fill all the fields.
