Can be alot of things. For example, with the summon items for mondshine quests, those numbers are coords where the item can be used.

If it still doesnt work try to download the 3d direct x version, or update your direct x (dont remember what i did to get this tool to work)

Since the older version had a few bugs i will share the newer version of this tool.

In the package is also a seperate SMC.lod editor, the export to smc.lod function was removed.

The smc.lod editor has the possiblity to import from ItemAll.lod

 

The most important bugfix is the creation of new items and copying items.

Also added was a 3d viewer thats embedded in the tool.

It can be that u need to install librarys for which u can find 2

 

All u could possibly need to edit your items is in here.

The only thing u need to do yourself is convert the ItemBtn0-16.tex to .jpg and put it in the Images folder.
