Why need a SDK for DirectX? Are you developing DirectX software, I think updating the DirectX end user runtime to the latest version is enough. 2 Same goes for .Net 2.0, does the software is made in .Net2.0?, I think you should install the version of the .Net that the software was made.

this program have some problem with x64 bit cuz in my x86 bit laptop work fine and in my desktop computer with x64 bit dont work have the problem we have the other people. some soluction?

Install .Net x86 on the x64 computer, since the app is made for x86.
