For those who this doesnt work for I might consider releasing mine. Amazingly enough it looks and works exactly the same way. Tho it wont be written in C# so it should work better for a majority of the people having problems.
P.S. If you use Map_World00.texs from the client you can generate a clientless tool for spawn editing. Tho I guess getting the z coord just right would be the hard part. And spawns wouldnt be so accurate. An example:

is there any other way to get this tool to work i have tried everything
U need to be patient, it can take a while because there is no mysql server set yet.So it will try to connect to nothing. This is only the first time u open it.
Uh, ive put it in many different places and nowhere works, I have checked the process and it completely stops (process ends) after a few seconds of stalling, the program doesnt run no matter how long you wait because it closes itself.
Im using CheatEngine for exactly Coordinates and than write in Navicat.
