Same error here. I tried it on Debian 6 - OpenSuse 12.2 - Suse-Linux 10.1 - Centos 6.3 / all 32bit version. All other files running good. I copied the GS with winscp to the Linux. segmentation fault. I place the GS inside an archive an copied it to the Linux. Segmentation fault. In the download links, the GS wasn´t in an archive I think the GS is broken at the download.

Linux files should be transfered to thru Archive(if you extratcted in a windows system you ruined the executable file). Try this: #gdb GameServer_d gdb>run

Segmentation Fault check your Gameserver_d, if 19,2 MB (20.222.834 Bytes) -> Gameserver is OK if 19,3 MB (20.273.055 Bytes) -> Gameserver is wrong -> Segmentation Fault / Speicherzugriffsfehler if 34,5 MB (36.262.790 Bytes) -> Gameserver is OK You downloaded a wrong Gameserver, no one will help you to find the correct one. |
