i dont know if you means ''How to change Mysql Root Password'' if it yes, if you're using xampp go to xampp fordel/Mysql and double click on reset root, you need have xampp complete close.

About about it only know it walk me in order to server can be jointed with database

You can't do it. Anyway to connect your db need ssh password to do it.
