OMFG here is a Actual GUIDE of createing titles ....what u linked is a way to color them ....

 

 

 

 

1st you need to open file titletool.lod in client, here is all your titles, also open option.lod from client this will be exactly like t_options in sql. this where your skills or bonus come from. know open t_titles and t_items in a editor or just from sql, eather will work. ill show a example below 
 
 
 
Example: ill use one of the orginal files names and titles from titletool.lod .
Title ID:9
Itemd ID:5972
[Title] Cube Finisher
 
the id on this title is 9 and the item it links too is 5972 from t_items.sql and t_title table name a_item_index. all the title in game is shown and colored from titletool.lod so here is where you change the color of the title, the others you see in sql does nothing, as far as i can tell.  
 
Bonuses on [Title] Cube Finisher
Hp 275
MP 200
Increase Critical Chance 15
Increase Deadly Chance  15
 
great it shows what it does and what you should get but with out editing the t_titles.sql none of these will work...Lets open Options.lod as u can see it matches what you want so look for the word HP when you find it in option.lod, the id for HP is 5 but the INGAME is 4. So this code is what you use in t_title for the HP bonus and as u can see 275 is Seal7...so in sql t_title you would edit.
 
a_option_index0 (for the Buff) and a_option_level0 (for the Bonus Value)
  4 = HP 7 = 275
 
know if it has more then one keep looking it up and filling in the correct values for this and all bonuses will work ...
 
 
But lets open item_xxx.lod from client and search for the item ID number 5972 make sure it is in the database if it is then great your all done and reload gameserver and client..If not copy a title that is all ready working in game and create ID 5972...

That tut of mine is actually pretty old and was made to work with the old emulator, so its a bit different with ep2 and Wiz old titletool editor isnt 100% functional (wont show the seals properly)
