Question about client updating

I have a question about client upgrading versus LCU.exe updater.

 

For now, LCU.exe indicates that the current version of my client is 1185.

 

 

Do you think it would be better if I make the upgrade to version 1279?

how the hell your client would be 1185, as original client that was updated by som3one was already in 1279, and all current versions have been built on that version?
