I just learned c# about 6 months ago by just starting and trying stuff.

 

2) Is it possible to make such an emulator for Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 Express

Its possible to do it in any language. even Qbasic if u want.

yes, can, but u can also choose a winforms application altough a console application is a better idea

hard to say, depends on yourself.

and where did u learn C# from?

 

and do u know another programming language which isnt C#?

I learned C# from just trying. and if i didnt know something i looked it up how it works and try to implement it in the thing iam writing.

And just keep going forward from that.

 

i dont know many other languages.

i can do Pascal and C# as programming languages and html, javascript, php as scripting language.

 

But basicly if u know the basics u can get away in most languages since the most basic principles are the same, except for languages like basic that have a different syntax but still pretty comparable with others.

 

Pascal is a old language that isnt used much anymore
