Unknown Error In Create a char

repairs tables or install it again

clean all tables in your db database.

problem is you have data linking to chars that have been wiped from char table.

 

 

or you can keep trying and getting the error but each time you try the char index jumps one, if you keep trying it will work when it hits a clean index. after this all new chars will work.
