Problem with player that cant log into mine server !

Hi guys. Today ill tell you that my friend cant log ingame. My friend are in hamachi, i have do everyting that i need to do, but it not work. and she have too the client that i have give to hime. How can i solved this probleme ?

give the sl.data from u cliente to u friend and done

if your friend have your sl.data btw your client and i doesnt work open your firewall, because if the firewall isnt open nobody can connect to your pc btw to your server

If i turn it on it wont let them connect so its backwards

robino1996 is correct, if you turn your firewall on without adding a exception no one will be able to connect, you need to disable it "open it" in order for players to connect.

A exception is a ruleset for a specific application/port. If your going to disable your firewall completely then adding a exception would be pointless. Just to let you know, you dont need to disable windows firewall for Hamachi based connections, them fly right by the firewall.
