[Guide] Install XAMPP to CentOS

All command to command panel [root@localhost]

1.

mkdir /softwarecd /software

wget 2

2.

 

tar -zxvf xampp-linux-1.7.3.tar.gzmv lampp/ /opt/

3.

 

cd /opt/lampp/

./lampp start apache

[root@####### software]# mv lampp/opt/

mv: missing destination file operand after `lampp/opt/'

Try `mv --help' for more information.

Why on earth would u use xampp when apache and everything is super easy to install..

just use yum install httpd / zypper install apache2 and u r done...

sorry but Linux and Xampp brrrrr....

remember Xampp is and was build for People who has absolute no knowless of Serverstuff.

sorry People who will install stupid xampp on linux sorry go back to your windows.

the reason why often vps/root server are hacked is that people will adminstrate a server and have absolute no groundless knowless of linux!

stupid people. installing xampp on linux... much easier and more secure to install apache and mysql manual and configure it right lol. xampp is just for developing websites and things such like that.. not for productive work
