I have a model that will not triangulate in c4d and so when i put it in lc editor it looks broken as in parts of the tex are missing

do i need to increase the poly count or somthing this is driving me nuts trying to get it to work. Any time i have ever had this

problem i would just use triangulate and it would add more lines and fix my problem.

Been a little confused now, the PizzaGuy, whoever released the package editor has said it  works only on 1 files are there files that doesnt support it? sorry with a dumb question but I'm  confused a little myself
