As usual.
Only need two bone.
I tried but the weapons one stays in the hand and the other is flying above the character as i can fix it? I also happens to Assassin Daggers :S.

To make a dual sword u need to symetria it, connect it and make it editable .
If u want to add eg. Daggers --> merge a dagger already exist and copy the bones of it, add them to the object and the weight tool and paint them like the merged weapon.

Check ur "Null Object" (position should be "0" at px py and pz
