yes this guide works with Cinema 4D R10 and i normaly work with R10 because it gave me some errors with the .bm exporter (sry for that ,should told that but forgot)

try to export it in Cinema 4D r10 with chaoskit plugin :
export your old .c4d file to obj and open it with Cinema 4D r10 then add bones and color them
and i think u use r10 because u got the white color in the weight tool .thats what i got in c4d r10 too

very nice tutorial but i dont not understand a few things where it says drag and drop Bone01 into weight tag how do i do that step any help would be great thank you

if u click on the weight tag u see in atributes a box just drag and drop it in it the box is named joints
