Hey all,

as the title says, every time i run the subhelper in the terminal it says cannot connect to DB,  however my newstorm.bin is config correctly using my IPv4 address and the "127.0.0.1" one, could it be a broken subhelper?

regards

At the moment your config looks so:

[server]
Number=1
IP=192.168.117.134
Port=50401
UserPort=4102
MAXSIZE=1000
[Char DB]
IP=127.0.0.1
DBName= newproject_db
User= root
Password=

IP=127.0.0.1
DBName= newproject_post
User= root
Password=

As you can see there are some spaces [after =]

So here it is how it needs to looks like:

[server]
Number=1
IP=192.168.117.134
Port=50401
UserPort=4102
MAXSIZE=1000
[Char DB]
IP=127.0.0.1
DBName=newproject_db
User=root
Password=

IP=127.0.0.1
DBName=newproject_post
User=root
Password=
