I'm having a problem with my Subhelper (it says cannot connect to DB)

Hey all,

as the title says, every time i run the subhelper in the terminal it says cannot connect to DB,  however my newstorm.bin is config correctly using my IPv4 address and the "127.0.0.1" one, could it be a broken subhelper?

I dont understand you. Just show me non-edted newStobm.bin, whats the point of these * and hidding IP? Do you really think I can hack you because I know your IP and the MySQL pass? If it doesnt even exist

As you can see there are some spaces [after =]

So here it is how it needs to looks like:
