open you mobAll_usa editor and search a monster dont have name

exemple

edit name and change flag to teleporter flag is  33554736

Save it and update it to database

 

oki now we need to edit teleporter you need public zoneflag editor 

 

open zone  ZoneFlag.lod  and click at after tarrian

and search your teleporter name and add the zone you want
