I can answer the Emulator question: If you are planing to Code an Emulator then u would have to learn to Code as first and then also you would have to learn how to Reverse Programs. (And thats taking alot of time) Here on this Board are many Guides and there is also an Automatic Install Script for the EP3 Files so you can easily Setup your Server and playing around. Its always better to start off and just learn. |
