Or you could just create your own game using Unity or Leadwerks Engine

 

Creating a game like Last Chaos look and feel will be very easy if you use Leadwerks but you have more power to create better things with Unity.

 

Leadwerks = 2

 

Unity = 2

 

Its better to use Unreal Engine 4 it costs 19$ Monthly but its worth, they have a very good Documentation and its really easy to use.

But u still need advanced knowledge to build a real Game.

Or you can use XNA with C# its also Easy and for learning good, but Game Programming is always done in C++.
