All characters have the basic stats of 100,17 & rest conc.
Builds dont exist, armours differ per server.
Theyre redundant and a way to make more money, they were once a part of the reborn system I believe.
Theres barely any worth while changes.
Wizards still using Ice ball as main attack, although golden chaos nova & blizzard is fun :p
Assassins exact same except with a attack & heal skill & also faster animations.
Over testing them for balancing Ive come to believe that arch wizard has different game stats that makes it weaker than wizard despite having same passives & visual stats.
Ex assassin is also weaker despite having better skills because of no soul to give hitrate in 1v1s.
I cant say much about ex ranger & arch witch as those needed edited to be worth while playing.
I disagree with your view on builds, you need certain jewels to build your character against other classes. Lets say you wanted hit rate to kill a sorcerer, youd socket your armor with either magic hr or phys hr. You can also use other jewels to raise con/HP for a longer life in pvp lol.
Do you think making some kind of soul for them would make the new classes a bit better? Or should we not do that?
