configure apache on linux centos to start the launcher and website

I use the version lc-cms 3.5 of toxic

 

I use linux centos version 6.4

I tried with

 

chown apache:apache -R *   or chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/lastonixchaos

 

nothing , the problem persists

 

I went on error_log and here's what I found:

is not the case for a configuration problem in httpd.conf or vhost, or other files?
