Client Cache

Here is the initial problem:

 

I was testing skills and I came to elementalist, I summoned a Summon and got an error report.

 

I then couldnt summon summons at all as it would error all the time so I got the old client I used transferred EVERY FILE to it from the client that now didnt work anymore loaded it up and it worked.... so its obviously a cache issue somewhere on my pc that the client saves, any ideas?
