Need help with LC-CMS 4.0.1

I tried this :

mysql -u root -p

#Password of root

CREATE USER 'newuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON * . * TO 'newuser'@'localhost';

flush privileges;

quit

 

I have the same problem even after a reboot.
