As a administrator you can win every single case in pay-pal.
Atm I have a 100% win record for 9 months running.
I have a template for each claim
- Refund by "did not receive item"
- Refund by "Unauthorized Transaction"
- Refund by "Item not as expected"
My top tips would be;
- Include personal data so pay-pal can confirm the details on the payment (They need IP and device address if you have it)
- Include information about your "non-refund" policy in ToS
- Include players email address that is linked to account
- Include transaction details (Processed/Confirmed/Authorized)
- Show that they player in-fact received the item (Screenshot of username with balance of cash)
